Emergency Response Team LLC was founded in 2020 by Melinda Nail in Mesa, AZ and expanded to Houston, TX in 2021. We are certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).

Melinda Nail, CEO of ERT has over 15 years of experience as a Financial Controller/CFO in the manufacturing, oil & gas, professional services, and distribution industries.

Jared Nail, COO of ERT has over 20 years of experience in the safety and environmental supply distribution business serving the industrial, oil & gas, medical, construction, and abatement industries, while specializing in disaster recovery as events arise.

Our experience in disaster recovery and cleanup includes supplying and mobilizing most major hurricanes, flooding, oil spills, medical viruses and various other disaster support efforts where needed.
